Nisha's Blog 9

Hi all,

This week has been another busy week as everyone is catching up again from the month end madness! I spent Monday organising the whole week ahead of me and then I got trained in using a gimble again and how we do our 360 exterior videos here, so then I can start helping out with them.

On Tuesday I had to run the photography of the cars again and so I got as many sales executives as I could to help out and move the cars about for the photographer to use. Then I sent the photographer down to the PDI centre to take photographs of the cars which we have down there. One of the Motability specialists and I set up an area of the pitch dedicated to Motability where we parked the cars used for that scheme and set up flags to show people.

On Wednesday I spent the day purchasing some stickers for one of my managers as we would like them to show certain discounts and offers on the cars. Then I took more photos and created them for some posts that I wanted to put out. I also did a stock check to see where some of the cars were for one of my managers and then created a spreadsheet to keep track of where the cars were and what situation for the photographs they were in. Then that night I went to see one of my friends perform at a gig.

Towards the end of the week I again organised for the photographs to be done and created a video for the Azores Green Q5 which we have back in stock after the sale fell through. In order to help myself I created another Spreadsheet to keep track of where the cars are, their PEG numbers and if they have price templates and are on “Modix” (the app we use to upload the used car stock and information onto our website).

Thankyou,

  1. These spreadsheets are amazing evidence for 'problem solving'. This appears in the TCs and the USABs.

Using the Gimble will map with 'new technologies' too!

Lovely to see you are still making time to go out and enjoy yourself. I hope the gig was good?
