Nisha's Blog 12

Hi all,

This week was another short but busy one, as Monday was a bank holiday! On the Monday I just visited my friend as it was her birthday!

When I returned to work on the Tuesday I walked the pitch to see what cars out of our stock were on the pitch, what there PEG number was and if they had a price and Audi Approved Registration plate on. I then created some posts and checked to see if there was any photographs which needed to be taken by the photographer. After that I got the sales team together to help move the cars and work the process.

On the Wednesday I had a review meeting with Em (I couldn't get rid of her!)  Only joking it was lovely to catch up and to have someone visit me! We talked about how I was doing with my job. We also went through all of the work that I have been doing since the last time she visited, then we discussed all of the ways that I could do some different types of campaigns and projects in order for me to be able to write reports on.

On the Thursday I worked through some online tests which Em had asked me to do and then I uploaded the certificates to skilsure. Then I had another look through the list to see which cars needed to be photographed. I also helped organise the pitch and make sure that everything was looking presentable.

On the Friday I had my fourth meeting with David Smith from Swansway Garages where we had a catch up with how everything is going at work. I also spent a lot of time taking lots of videos and pictures in order to create lots of different posts for the up and coming week, as I won't be there.

This Sunday I'll be getting the train down to Crewe and I'm so excited but very nervous to meet all of the new starters, and to see everyone else!😊

Thankyou,

Nisha💕

Nisha's Blog 11

Hi all,

This week has been a short but hectic week, however it has been a blessing as I have been learning how to do a lot!

At the start of the week I uploaded more cars and their information to "Modix". Then I created more spreadsheets in order to represent different things at our dealership. These different topics were like "cars with and without 360 exterior videos", this was helpful for me and other people at my dealership as it means we are able to keep track of not only what is happening at the dealership.

I also worked on the photographs with the photographer so we could get more of them completed. This was helpful as it helped to improve our statistics and the general public view of the dealership. During the day I also took some time out to complete the voice over for the video that made with David Smith last week.

On Wednesday morning a few of us at the dealership spent a lot of time looking for a certain car, however we soon realised that we were looking for the private registration plate when the car had its original registration plate put back on!

Towards the end of the week I delivered all of the Easter eggs to the three charities I chose earlier on in the week, this was so humbling and made me realise how lucky I am! During this day I also had a review meeting with Lorna, where we talked about work and then she was showing me some baby clothes she's bought!

I also have been helping out with a lot of organisation with the pitch to try and fit more cars on, however also trying to make everything look neat and tidy. I had another appointment at the orthodontist! For the rest of the day wrote more posts for the Easter weekend coming up!

Thankyou,

Nisha💕

Nisha's Blog 10

Hi all,

At the start of the week I thought about ideas of posts that I could make for the week ahead. I then filled in my Off the Job learning blog and then worked on the report I have been doing for the "My Audi" project. I also filmed a video with David Smith from Swansway Garages on an Audi A6 Saloon.

In the middle of the week I went around the pitch after we had lots of used cars brought up to the pitch and tidied it up by sorting all of the price templates out in each car making sure they were up to date and then I made sure each car showing had an "Audi Approved" plate on.

I then got taught how to upload the cars, their price and mileage all to "Modix" which was very good as I am now able to expand my knowledge in different areas. Then I printed off the price list and and annotated it to show where each and every car, whether it is at the pitch, PDI or one of our other sites where we store the cars.

Towards the end of the week I worked with the photographer again to catch up on our photographs which we needed to do and then made a list of which ones needed to be done a week later.

Thankyou,

Nisha💕

Hi all,

This week has been another busy week as everyone is catching up again from the month end madness! I spent Monday organising the whole week ahead of me and then I got trained in using a gimble again and how we do our 360 exterior videos here, so then I can start helping out with them.

On Tuesday I had to run the photography of the cars again and so I got as many sales executives as I could to help out and move the cars about for the photographer to use. Then I sent the photographer down to the PDI centre to take photographs of the cars which we have down there. One of the Motability specialists and I set up an area of the pitch dedicated to Motability where we parked the cars used for that scheme and set up flags to show people.

On Wednesday I spent the day purchasing some stickers for one of my managers as we would like them to show certain discounts and offers on the cars. Then I took more photos and created them for some posts that I wanted to put out. I also did a stock check to see where some of the cars were for one of my managers and then created a spreadsheet to keep track of where the cars were and what situation for the photographs they were in. Then that night I went to see one of my friends perform at a gig.

Towards the end of the week I again organised for the photographs to be done and created a video for the Azores Green Q5 which we have back in stock after the sale fell through. In order to help myself I created another Spreadsheet to keep track of where the cars are, their PEG numbers and if they have price templates and are on “Modix” (the app we use to upload the used car stock and information onto our website).

Thankyou,

Nisha💕
