Hi all,

As always this week has been non-stop and very busy! On Monday I wrote up three finance agreements for the videos I made last week, then I scheduled them to be posted throughout the week. I did have to re-do one as I made a mistake however, I realised before it was too late so it wasn’t a problem.

During the week I helped out with the used car sales by checking the pitch for cars which didn’t have price templates in them then helped to price the cars and put the templates in them.I also had a review meeting with Emma and Lorna where we filled out lots of paperwork and talked about how I’m doing at Preston Audi.

Then after that I read through the “hubspot” training course which advises you on ways to get more instagram followers and engagements.

On Thursday I was left to sort out the arrangements for how the pitch was going to work when the photographer got here, I did this by checking which cars were out on the pitch and which ones were at the PDI Centre, then I had to get the PEG numbers. In the morning I also had a meeting with the Fleet and Motability Manager where we discussed me taking over their social media pages. Once I had the accounts I went through and updated and changed anything that needed improving as the accounts had not been used since 2016.

On Friday I had such a busy day, in the morning I went into a meeting where we listened to a talk about my audi the app, this gave me some help on how I can make my video for it. Then I went through again and sorted everything out for the photographer. For the rest of the day I started to create some general video introductions and then took photos of everyone around the dealership to be used for the Swansway Groups facebook page.
Thankyou,

  1. The My Audi app will be a brilliant project for your portfolio. We will look at it this week during training so you know what you need to cover.
