Hi all,
This week has been a week of sorting everything out with the posts, the pitch and getting organised before Escalla next week. It's been a shorter week as we've had a bank holiday this week.
On Tuesday I caught up with everything that had happened and been sold over the weekend, by walking the pitch and filling out our Used Car Stock List. I also worked with the photographer to get as many photographs of the cars done as possible.
I also planned a post to announce that we were having another VIP Event which has been arranged for the Thursday 20th June - Sunday 23rd June.
On Thursday I spent the day with a father and son who have their own Youtube channel called "LarkTV". They have filmed quite a few videos with us before however, this was the first time I organised for the guys to come to the dealership and film with one of our cars, without one of my managers, so it was quite nerve racking however it all went very well and the video should be coming out in a few weeks so keep your eyes on our social media pages, for when we share the video!
On Friday I took my own photographs of 8 different cars for an idea which I had to write a post for each day, so for the 1st day I posted an A1, and the 2nd day I posted a Q2, the 3rd day I posted a Q3 and so on...
It's been a very busy week this week, but I can't wait to see you all at Escalla, next week!
Thankyou,
Nisha

Hi all,
This weeks been quite busy however it's been consistent with focusing on the same tasks, so I'm not able to write much for the week.
I've been focusing mainly on working on the photographs and trying to up our percentages and our statistics. Also I've been working on perfecting the pitch and updating all the prices and making sure everything has a number plate on it.
I also took my own pictures of the cars and things that were happening around the dealership in order to be able to plan posts for the upcoming week.
I sat down with my managers this week in order to think of more systems and concepts we could put into place in order to sort out the pitch properly and to make sure every single car on the pitch is looking perfect for our customers to see.
I changed about 35 cars on the pitch in order to make sure that all the prices were correct and that everything was acceptable for the customers to see.
Thankyou,
Nisha

Hi all,
As always I've had an extremely busy week!
I started off the week by walking around the pitch and taking note of all of the Audi Approved stock that we have down here at the pitch. Then I got in contact with one of the managers of our compound to find out where the remaining cars are.
Whilst I was outside I took note of all the prices which were in each of the cars and checked on all of our advertising sights whether the prices on the pitch matched the prices we advertise online. If they weren't right I changed the prices on the pitch in so that everything matched. As we had just re-looked at our stock and changed all the prices, there were quite a few to do in order for everything to be perfect and fitting.
Throughout the week I scheduled different posts and took photographs of our new Pre-Registration A1's.
I also was shown by one of my colleagues how to register a car to My Audi, this was really useful as I was able to use this as evidence of me learning how to work My Audi for it to be used in my report.
On Saturday night Sophie from Crewe Audi came to Preston to visit and we went out for food!
Thankyou,
Nisha

Hi all,
This week has been another shorter week, however it has been extremely busy as I've been getting back to work and catching up with everything after being at Escalla for a week and then having another bank holiday at the start of this week.
On Tuesday I started to catch up on everything by walking around the pitch and seeing what cars were now here. I checked to see what there PEG number was and if they had the correct price in the car. I also corresponded all of the Audi Approved Used Car stock that we had at pitch with Modix, in order to check that all of the cars had been uploaded and to see which ones had photographs.
On Wednesday I went through all of the work that I had done last week at Escalla and I expanded on some of it, in order to have more of it fully completed and more complexed. I also completed more online tests which I gained certificates from and then uploaded them to skilsure.
On both Wednesday and Thursday I worked closely with the General Sales Manager at our dealership to discuss a better way to have both the pitch and the photographs organised. This was a great opportunity as I was able to put forward my ideas and try them out to see if they would work. We tried out the ideas that we came up with and during the day on Thursday we put them into action a.
On Friday I walked the pitch and noted down the key details of the cars. Then I sat down with one of the Sales Executives where we went through each and every Audi Approved Used Car we had on the pitch and checked to see how far the car had been prepped. Then if we had pushed lines for a certain car to be prepped we checked with admin to make sure that it had the right lines pushed as sometimes cars may only need to be half prepped and lines are pushed for a full prep, which can result in a lot more money being spent on procedures which aren't necessary.Towards the end of the day I edited some videos and pictures ready to be put into posts to go out for the weekend.
I also received the best ever news that my best friend had gone into labour and after about 58 hours gave birth to my little nephew! 👶❤
Thankyou,

Hi all,
This past week at Escalla was great, as we got too see everyone from and meet lots of new people!
We had a very busy week of completing lots of work based on digital marketing and how we could get better, which was surprisingly super fun, as Em makes our learning enjoyable!
Towards the middle of the week we had the Cheshire fire and rescue and the highways agency come into Escalla to run a day session where we learnt about road safety and road traffic collisions. This was extremely helpful as they explained to us the risks associated with being both a driver and a passenger, which can help both lots in day to day life and my job as when I can drive I will be driving company cars a lot of the time, so this will help me to be safe in other cars as well as my own.
We also learnt about equality and diversity by creating our own stereotypical customer profiles. We then discussed how it can affect our marketing and the perception of customers and what potential car they may be looking for.
We also had a discussion on male domestic abuse as a recent documentary has come out about a man who was being abused by his girlfriend and was too embarrassed and afraid to tell anyone about it. Em also gave us all some statistics on the topic which made it seem more real for us as 1/6 men will be abused however, only 1/20 men will report it.
Thankyou,
