Hi all,

At the start of this week I reviewed the video that I did last week which didn't end up being uploaded and thought about what I could improve next time. Then I did some LEAP training which is an introduction to the Audi world and some marketing strategies and tips.

I had another tooth out on monday evening!

I also sat down with one of my colleagues and reviewed both mine and his video in order to see what I could improve on when I'm filming my own videos and which way I would be more comfortable making the videos.

Towards the middle of the week we started preparing for the VIP event (which is where we give customers a special experience with offers on the car and extra customer service) so I helped out by going round the pitch and writing down the PEG number of every car so when it comes to it we can easily know which set of keys are for which car.

On Thursday I was not very well so I had to take the day off of work!
By Friday we were all set up and ready for the VIP event to start, so I've been round taking some photos of the event and have been creating posts to advertise it! Also I printed off some prices and information for the cars from "modix" and put them in the cars we have just bought!

Altogether, it has been a crazy and mad week but I've been learning lots of new things!

Hi all,

The first thing that I did this week was go through the calendar and plan or create all of the upcoming posts for the week ahead so that I am organised and ready for them to be validated and uploaded
This week I've been focusing on videos and promoting both new and used cars, so I started the week of by going out onto the pitch and writing down the PEG numbers for each of the cars, then I met with the photographer and some of the sales team to see the process for taking the professional photographs. Then I started to upload some of the photographs to "modix" where this then aided the percentage of images needed for our website. I also kept on practising my google digital garage work and earned the full certificate for it, along with all of my health and safety certificates that needed to be completed!

Later on in the week I filmed a video with one of my colleagues on a new Audi Q5 S-line and I wrote out the whole finance agreement for it! Then the next day I practised making my own video for a new Audi Q8 S-line however, that didn't really work out well so I'm going to be practising again on the next available opportunity.

Lastly, on Friday I had a meeting with David Smith from Swansway Garages and we discussed the impact me being at the company has had on the social media and the analytics!

Once again it's been another hectic week, but I have enjoyed all aspects of it!

Hi all,

This week I've been mainly settling in and getting used to all the different programmes and all of my responsibilities. On the first day I went through "crowd control" and shared a post to both twitter and facebook. Along with this I went through the calender and looked through all the potential up and coming dates of which I could post some more major and inspiring posts on.

Then throughout the rest of the week I have learnt how to use more programmes like "modix" where you can add the used cars onto the website, I also went to visit the compound where we store and service some of the cars! During the week I've also been looking on "google data studio" at all the analytics behind the social media accounts and what type of posts people are attracted to and want to click. As a little extra I've been through the reviews that we have received online from the past 6 months and have thought about the different ways we as a whole can improve.

I also finished my google digital garage revision and now I just need to complete the exam on it in order to gain the certificate. Along with this I've done some online health and safety training which I have gained quite a few certificates from.

Altogether its been a hectic week, however I have enjoyed every second!
